The structure and working principle of the snail sludge thickening dewatering machine:
(Concentration part) The sludge enters the cylindrical cavity of the laminated sludge dewatering machine through positive pressure (pump or high-level self-flow), and is fully and effectively mixed with the polymer flocculant solution under the action of the stirring paddle to form a hard flocculation It moves slowly to the upper part of the thickener cavity with the liquid level, and enters the liquid inlet of the laminated sludge dewatering machine through the liquid outlet. After the sludge is flocculated, the clear liquid passes through the filter element composed of the moving ring and the fixed ring (the relative movement of the moving ring and the fixed ring forms a gap), and the dehydrator cavity is discharged through the drainage device to realize the concentration of the sludge.
(Dehydration part) The main body of the dehydrator is a filter device formed by a fixed ring and a floating ring stacked on each other, and the screw shaft runs through it. It integrates concentration and dehydration. Each moving ring is embedded in the middle of the two fixed rings, and the filter gap formed between them and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the concentration part to the dehydration part. The inner diameter of the fixed ring and the moving ring is the same as the helical diameter of the screw shaft, and there is almost no wear during operation; there is a back pressure plate at the end of the dewatering section to generate internal pressure.
The main body of the stacked snail is installed at an inclination, and the dehydration part is at a high position, and the whole process of concentration and dehydration will have the effect of gravity. The rotation of the screw shaft drives the moving ring to make a circular motion, and the filter structure composed of the fixed ring and the moving ring is in a moving state and is not easy to be blocked. The water flows out from the filter seam, which has the function of self-cleaning, and the sludge is continuously pushed forward by the screw shaft. The sludge is transported to the dewatering section after gravity concentration and small pressure extrusion in the thickening section. In the process of advancing, with the reduction of the filter seam and the screw pitch, the concentration of the sludge continues to increase, and the back pressure plate is blocked.
Under the action, internal pressure is generated, and a small amount of water contained in the sludge is squeezed out and finally becomes a mud cake.
