Yuwei Automatic Membrane Filter Press With 1.8 Mpa Pressure Second Queezing
The main difference between the diaphragm filter press and the ordinary box filter press is that a layer of elastic membrane diaphragm plate is installed between the filter plate and the filter cloth. During the operation, when the feeding is finished, the high-pressure fluid medium can be injected between the filter plate and the diaphragm. At this time, the entire diaphragm * will bulge to compress the filter cake, so as to achieve further dehydration of the filter cake, which is the pressing filtration.
The first is positive pressure dehydration, also known as slurry dehydration, that is, a number of filter plates are closely arranged in a row under the action of strong mechanical force, and a filter chamber is formed between the filter plate surface and the filter plate surface, and the filter material is in a strong positive pressure. The solid part of the filter material entering the filter chamber is retained by the filter medium (such as filter cloth) to form a filter cake, and the liquid part passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the filter chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. As the positive pressure increases, the solid-liquid separation is more thorough, but from the perspective of energy and cost, excessive positive pressure is not cost-effective.
After slurry feeding and dehydration, a filter press equipped with a rubber extrusion membrane, the compression medium (such as gas, water) enters the back of the extrusion membrane to push the extrusion membrane to further dehydrate the extrusion filter cake, which is called extrusion dehydration. After slurry feeding dehydration or extrusion dehydration, the compressed air enters the filter cake side of the filter chamber to penetrate the filter cake, and carries the liquid water from the other side of the filter cake through the filter cloth to discharge the filter chamber for dehydration, which is called wind blowing dehydration. If both sides of the filter chamber are covered with filter cloths, the liquid part can evenly pass through the filter cloths on both sides of the filter chamber and be discharged from the filter chamber to dewater the filter chamber on both sides.

The suspension is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter machine. Under the action of the working pressure, the filtrate penetrates the filter membrane or other filter materials, and is discharged through the liquid outlet, and the filter residue remains in the frame to form a filter cake, so as to achieve Solid-liquid separation.
Scope of application
Membrane filter press is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, and has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for industrial fields such as medicine, food, chemical industry, environmental protection, and water treatment.
